Volunteer Roles

These are a few of our ongoing commitment roles, however there are many possibilities to help in the work we do at FASD Focus NW. Regional Support Liaison

Our Regional Support Liaisons are the backbone of our FASt Friend Support Groups. This 5 hour a month ongoing role acts as a moderator to our support groups delivering our monthly topical mini-training and ensuring the confidentiality and community guidelines for the group are upheld. Training and support are provided. Liaisons are currently needed in Thurston County, Spokane, Wenatchee, Vancouver and Bellingham.


Support Group Coordinator

2 hours a week and a desire to keep our support groups up-to-date with topics helpful to those supporting individuals with FASD’s are what you would need to be our Support Group Coordinator. This individual can make a difference from any part of the state.


Volunteer Coordinator

Are you a Recruiter or HR Manager with great people skills and a desire to help the FASD community in our region? Lend those qualities to us for an hour a week and help recruit, screen and recognize our amazing volunteers. This is a remote job, so wherever you live in and work in the Northwest is the right place to do it.


Webmaster

Do you have 4 hours a month? Help us keep our website current and up-to-date. Our WYSIWYG platform is easy to use and your efforts would help spread FASD awareness throughout the state. Anywhere you live in the Northwest region is the right place to volunteer from for this role.
